Simplifico Foundation — Est. 2026

Not for us.
For God and His people.

Food. Employment. Shelter. Education.

"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." — Matthew 25:40

Simplifico Foundation — Core Mission

The Simplifico Foundation is the community arm of Simplifico — built to give back in the most direct way possible. No person, regardless of their standing, will ever be turned away.

We are not here to hand out and walk away. We provide physical nourishment, mental support, social connection, and spiritual grounding — and then we equip people with the tools, education, and employment pathways to rebuild their own lives.

This work is not for recognition. It is all for God, and for His people across South Africa.

Four pillars.
One purpose.

Everything we do falls under four areas of human need. We address all four — because you cannot lift someone with only one hand.

Food

Daily food runs from each base. Hot meals, dry goods, and food parcels distributed to communities in need. No one leaves hungry.

01

Employment

Short and long courses on our premises. CV preparation, skills training, business basics, digital literacy — practical tools for income.

02

Shelter

Safe spaces on dedicated plots at each base. Transitional support, referrals, and partnerships with housing organisations across SA.

03

Education

Daily classes covering literacy, numeracy, life skills, digital tools, financial literacy, and faith-based courses — run on Foundation premises.

04

Starting in Centurion.
Covering all of South Africa.

We grow organically. One base proven, then the next. Three operational hubs will serve the entire country — because a small team with the right system can reach further than a large team without one.

Built on integrity.
Zero exceptions.

Our code of conduct is not a formality — it is the foundation. All staff sign it before day one. All policies are visible on entry. Three independent records are kept of all operations, finances, and decisions — stored in three separate cloud locations, as undisputed evidence.

Zero Tolerance — No Exceptions

No fraud. No theft. No financial misconduct of any kind.
No negative behaviour on or off premises. Professionalism is not optional.
Anyone found guilty is removed immediately, excommunicated, and barred from all premises. No one is exempt.

Dignity First

Every person who walks through our doors is treated with full human dignity — regardless of their background, status, or situation.

Radical Inclusion

No person will be turned away. Not for religion, race, background, or circumstance. We serve all people, always.

Full Transparency

Three records of all operations, financials, and decisions. Kept in three separate locations. Always accessible. Always provable.

Guided Independence

We do not create dependency. We guide people toward standing on their own. Help is a bridge, not a destination.

Faith-Rooted

This work is done for God and His people. That is the foundation — and it is open to everyone who needs it.

Staff Wellbeing

No member of staff or their family should be in lack. Salaries are sufficient to live from. Food parcels available on request.

People who serve,
cared for first.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. Our staff are compensated properly, supported fully, and celebrated for the work they do.

50

Permanent staff per base

Accountant, location manager, admin, servers, drivers, teachers, security, and 2 tech staff — allocated as each location requires. Unlimited volunteer and temporary staff.

75

Vehicles across 3 bases

5 buses (3 single, 2 double-decker), 4 bakkies, 3 vans, 3 18-wheelers, and 10 cars — per location. Dedicated fleet for daily food runs and outreach operations.

3

Dedicated plots across SA

One per base. Premises serve as food distribution points, classroom facilities, and community gathering spaces — running daily operations 7 days a week.

Staff Retreats — March & October, Every Year

Half the team goes away in March, the other half in October. One week, agreed location, fully paid for by the Foundation. A non-negotiable show of appreciation for the people who make this work possible.
