1. Who we are
The Simplifico Shop is run by Simplifico (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/124440/07), Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Contact: duane@simplifico.xyz, 069 496 9954.
2. What you are buying
Each product is a set of digital files (Word documents and Excel spreadsheets), delivered as a download. Exactly what each product contains is listed under "What you get" on its product page. Nothing is posted, and no service or advice is included unless the product page says so. The Scorecard Estimator is different: it is a licence to use an online tool, not a set of files (see section 5).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African rand and are once-off. Simplifico is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Card payments are processed by PayFast; we never see or store your card details. When card checkout is unavailable, you can order by email or WhatsApp and pay by EFT into our company bank account. Placing an order that way means you accept these terms and ask us to deliver the download as soon as your payment reflects. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
After PayFast confirms your payment (or, for EFT orders, once the payment reflects in our account), we email a download link to the address you gave, normally within minutes. Links work for 30 days. If a link fails, email us and we will send a new one. For the Scorecard Estimator, we email an unlock code instead of a link. If we cannot deliver within 30 days for any reason, we will refund you in full.
5. Your licence
You may use the files in one business: your own, or one client's if you are a consultant. You may edit them as much as you like. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files or any version of them. Copyright remains with Simplifico (Pty) Ltd.
Scorecard Estimator licence. The licence lets the buyer and their business use the Scorecard Estimator on up to 3 devices, with 3 client scorecards on each device. Re-opening a client already started on a device does not use another scorecard. The unlock code is personal to the buyer and may not be shared or published. We may pause a licence that is shared or misused, and we will tell you first. The estimator models a likely level from the figures you enter: it is not a verified B-BBEE rating.
6. Cancellations and refunds
At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately. Because the files are delivered immediately with your consent, the 7-day cooling-off right in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply once you have downloaded them, as section 42(2) of that Act provides.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act still apply: if a file is faulty, will not open, or does not match its description, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.
7. Not professional advice
The products are templates and planning tools with general information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for how you adapt and use them.
8. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, arising from how the templates are used. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Credit toward services
The price of a download product is credited toward any Simplifico service you book within 60 days of purchase. This credit does not apply to the Scorecard Estimator licence. Quote your order number when you book. The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
10. Your information
We use your name and email to deliver your order and for support, as set out in our privacy notice. We will not send you marketing unless you have agreed to it.
11. Questions and complaints

12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. Effective 28 September 2026.
